Scarlet Button Wellness is a one woman journey without a storefront.
You’ll find me at pop-up events, with upcoming dates shared here and on Eventbrite.
Why “Scarlet Button”? Scarlet and Button were two kittens a stray cat brought into our lives this spring. They were curled up beside me when I formed the LLC, and their joy inspired the name.

About Me
After decades with HCSO in a variety of roles, I’m excited to focus on what I love—sharing art and sound with others.
Art – I teach classes designed to help people discover their inner artist and enjoy the creative process. I’m certified in Art Therapy (though not practicing in that capacity now) and once developed the Artistic Expressions program at the Hillsborough County jail. Art began as a coping tool for me and has become a joy to share.
Sound – I’m a certified Sound Practitioner offering sound bath meditations for relaxation. While I don’t practice sound healing or therapy, I love introducing others to the fascinating world of sound and its properties (If you’re curious, look up Solfeggio frequencies—they’re amazing!).
I give thanks to God, my family, friends, and the animals who’ve filled my life with love.

I am a Reiki Master, Ordained Minister, and certified in Sylvotherapy, Sound and Art. Scarlet Button Wellness is always growing.
From wellness pop-ups to special events, new offerings may appear over time. Each experience is designed with intention, joy, and presence at its heart.
